About Me

Hi, I’m Kelly — the face behind Clubhouse Hounds.

After many years of owning and caring for dogs, I became fascinated by what really happens inside a grooming salon. That curiosity led me to train professionally, achieve my Level 3 grooming qualification, and complete canine first aid.

Before this, I spent years grooming and clipping horses — so working with animals has always been a huge part of my life. Now, I’m so excited to bring that experience into a more personal, one-to-one setting with dogs.

As a mum whose children have grown up, this business is something I’ve built from the heart — combining my passion for animals with the time and care each dog truly deserves.

FULL GROOM

A complete pamper session your dog will enjoy a bath with coat-specific shampoo and conditioner, followed by a tear-free facial and a blow dry. Finishing with a personalised style or clip, nail trimming, paw pad tidy, ear cleaning and a hygiene trim.

*Please be advised if the dog is very matted there will be

an additional charge of £15.00

DE-SHEDDING GROOM

Perfect for double-coated and heavy-shedding breeds. Your dog will be bathed using coat-specific shampoo and conditioner, followed by tear-free facial, blow dry and a full brush-out to remove loose undercoat. The groom is finished with nail trimming, ear cleaning and wrinkle clean if required.

IN BETWEEN GROOM

A perfect in-between groom to keep your dog fresh and neat. This includes a gentle bath, tear-free facial, blow-dry and scissoring around the eyes if needed.

Puppy Grooming & Introduction Sessions

GIVE YOUR PUPPY THE BEST START! 🐕

Starting grooming early is one of the best things you can do for your dog.

For puppies 3 months to 5 months I offer a free 15 Introduction to grooming

These sessions include:
• Introducing grooming equipment and sounds
• Building confidence in a calm, controlled space
• Advice on brushing and coat care at home

This is a relaxed, positive experience designed to help your puppy feel safe and build trust — setting them up for a lifetime of stress-free grooming.

Then 2 to 3 weeks later your puppy will have its first groom

PUPPY FIRST Groom

A gentle and fun introduction to grooming for puppies. This includes a soothing bath using bespoke puppy shampoo, a tear‑free facial, and a soft, low-heat blow‑dry to keep the experience calm and positive. Due to every puppy developing at their own pace, services such as eye tidying, hygiene trimming, paw pad cleaning, and nail clipping are carried out only if your puppy is comfortable and ready for them.
